摘 要:斗杆是挖掘机式冲击器的主要承载部件之一,工作中斗杆结构处于较高频率振动状态,并承受较大振幅的动载荷,很容易出现疲劳破损的现象。为了分析斗杆结构在冲击工作时的振动特性,利用ANSYS软件对其在自由振动下的模态进行仿真分析,提取前8阶固有频率和对应的振型,对结果进行分析,并通过实验验证仿真结果的正确性,为其后进行动应力、频率匹配、疲劳寿命等研究提供一定的依据。The bucket arm is one of the main bearing parts of the excavator-impactor,it is in high frequency vibration condition and under large amplitude dynamic load when working,so it is easy to be damaged because of fatigue.In order to analyze the vibration characteristic of the excavator-impactor' bucket arm,using the finite element analytic software ANSYS,the modality in the free vibration was simulated,and the former 8 ordered inherent frequencies and types of vibration were obtained,then the simulation results were analyzed and the correctness of the simulation results were verified by experiment.The findings provides the theory evidences for the study of dynamic stress,frequency matching、fatigue life and so on.
