摘　　要：采用新型Ｘ 射线荧光光谱仪（ 岛津ＸＲＦ─１７００） 的区域分析功能对钢包浇注料用后残块的元素分布进行了检测。结果表明，该方法具有分析速度快、分析精度高、分析范围宽、制取样品简单、显示数据直观等优点，是检测非均质材料化学组成的一种有效手段。The element distribution of used ladle castable has been determined by a new type of X ray fluorescence spectrum analyzer using its area analyzing function. The results show that it possesses the advantages of fast analyzing speed, high analyzing precision,wide analyzing range, easy specimen preparation and audio visual show of data. It's an effect method to determine compositional distribution of heterogeneous materials.
