摘　　要：目的：分析三维正脊疗法的疗效和作用机制。方法：通过运用三维正脊疗法与传统中医正骨推拿手法在临床上作对比。结果：三维正脊疗法的治愈率明显高于传统中医正骨疗法，但两者并无显著差异。结论：三维正脊疗法属于现代高科技与传统中医疗法的结晶，具有疗程短、疗效高、操作简单、患者无痛苦、无副损伤等特点，值得推广应用。Purpose： This paper analysis the healing efficacy and interaction mechanisms of three--dimensional traction therapy for prolapsed lumbar intervertebral discs. Method： by comparing three--dimensional traction therapy for prolapsed lumbar intervertebral discs with the journal of traditional chinese orthopedics and traumatology clinically. Result： The clinical cure rate of three--dimensional traction therapy for prolapsed lumbar intervertebral discs are apparently higher than that of the journal of traditional chinese orthopedics and traumatology, however, there is no significant differences between them. Conclusion： Three--dimensional traction therapy for prolapsed lumbar intervertebral discs is crystal of high technology and traditional chinese orthopedics, it has a short treating period, high healing efficacy, shirtsleeve operatio, and it＇s painless and doesn＇t have any side injury, consequently, worth while recommendation.
