纤溶酶对不稳定型心绞痛的临床干预

摘　　要：目的：观察注射用纤溶酶对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法：入选符合WHO诊断标准的不稳定型心绞痛患者48例，用纤溶酶200U，1次／天，10天为1疗程。用药后评价临床疗效及有关实验室指标。结果：纤溶酶对不稳定型心绞痛总有效率87．5％，心电图改善总有效率68．75％，纤维蛋白原降低（P〈0．05）。且未出现因出血的停药情况。表明纤溶酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效，值得推广。结论：纤溶酶对不稳定型心绞痛患者通过溶栓降纤调节纤溶系统，使纤维蛋白原降低，从而明显改善心肌缺血厦缓解临床症状。Objective To observe the elects and safety of fibrinogenase on 48 patients with unstable angina peetofis. Methods 48 patients with unstable angia peetorls were treated 10 days with fibrinogenase（200u）dripped slowly intravenously, The clinical effects and laboratory items were studied after the trial. Results The clinical symptoms were improved in 87.5% of the patients with unstable angina. SO did ECG results in 68.75% of the patients. FIBEN decreased signifieantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Fibrinogenase can decrease FIBEN,improve cllnical symptoms and ECG results of the patients with unstable angina.
