美盐在重度压疮患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨美盐在重度压疮中的临床效果。方法：选取在2008年7月-2010年7月期间我科收治重度压疮患者40例，随机分为两组，实验组予以常规治疗护理加美盐，对照组予以常规治疗加康惠尔敷料。比较两组的治疗有效率及平均治愈时间。结果：治疗组在有效率和治愈时间上都明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：美盐能加快压疮愈合，经济实惠，操作简单，值得推广。Objective discuss the clinical efface of Mesalt using in severe pressure ulcer. Methods sclect the forty severe pressure ulcer patients hostpitallized in our department from July. 2008 to July. 2010. Devide the patients into two groups by random. The experimental group were treated by regular nursing plus Mesalt ： While the contrast group were given regular treatment Compare the efficicency and average cure time of the two groups. Results The experimental group is supeior than the contrast group both on efficiency and cure time. It shows ststistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The Mesalt can accelerate the cure outcome of severe pressure ulcer it＇s deserved to popularize.
