105例椎管内肿瘤切除术患者的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的：总结105例椎管内肿瘤患者的围手术期护理。方法：对105例患者实施肿瘤切除术。结果：治愈84例，好转21例，无死亡病例，80％的病人恢复劳动能力。其中3例患者出现脑脊液漏，1例继发颅内感染，5例发生便秘，经治疗和护理，均康复出院。结论：因此做好术前心理指导、体位训练、有效咳嗽、床上大小便，指导术后功能锻炼，严密观察病情是使患者尽快恢复及最大限度地减少术后并发症的重要保证。Objective：Summary of the perioperative nursing methods for 10S patients with intraspinal tumors. Methods： 105 patients with intraspinal tumors were treated surgically. Results： 84 patients were cured. The rest of the patients were found Condition improving. No deaths and 80% patients regained working alility. 3 patients suffered from postoperative CSF Ieak, 1 from secondary intracranial infection, and 5 from constipation. These patients all recovered after proper treatment and nursing care. Conclusion： Preoperative psychological guidance,position training,effective cough,excretlon in bed, postoperative exercise and close observation are of vital importance to rapid recovery and reduction of complications.
