摘　　要：目的：优选肠安胶囊最佳成型工艺。方法：通过肠安胶囊粉末与不同辅料混合制粒后的吸湿性考察选择辅料品种；以吸湿性、溶化性、成品率为指标，采用均匀试验法确定肠安胶囊颗粒的最佳成型工艺。结果：加入用量为干浸膏15％的微晶纤维素，采用85％的乙醇做润湿荆所得的颗粒抗吸湿性强，溶化性好，成品率高。结论：该工艺合理，可用于肠安胶囊成型。Objective Select the best forming process of Chang An capsule, Methods Selecting the adjuvant types by investigate the anti--moisture of Chang An granules which mixture with the different adjuvant;With anti--moisture, solubility, the rate of finished products as the judging criteria, the best forming process of Chang An capsule was screened out. ResuIt Granulating with Microcrystalline Cellulose which dose is powder drug＇s 15 % and the wetting agent is 75% alcohol. Conclusion This forming process is rational and it can be used to Chang An capsule.
