摘 要:简述了锚杆锚固机理,同时以某矿深部巷道为原型,对深部巷道围岩破坏特征进行了分析,通过数值模拟,对加强支护和注浆技术进行了研究。结果表明注浆对维护巷道围岩稳定,减小围岩破碎区大小起到了重要作用。但单纯的浅层注浆却未能起到遏制围岩进一步变形破坏的作用,应当结合深部注浆,完成内外结构的耦合平衡支护,才能有效提高围岩的内摩擦角和内聚力,提高弱面的强度和刚度,维护巷道的稳定。Describes the bolt support and anchor mechanism,at the same time in a mine deep roadway as the prototype,for deep roadway surrounding rock-mass,the characteristics of deep surrounding rock strengthening is analyzed and supporting and grouting technology is studied by numerical simulation.Results show that the grouting for maintaining the stability of surrounding rock which reduces the break zone size importantly.But pure shallow grouting failed to have curbed surrounding rock deformation damage effect.Further deep grouting should be based on coherent structure of the balance inside and outside to support which improved the surrounding rock of internal friction Angle and cohesion effectively,and strength the intensity and rigidity of weak surface,maintain the roadway stability.
