台湾农民创业园总体规划分析及探讨——以仙游和漳平为例

摘　　要：总结了福建"仙游台湾农民创业园建设总体规划"和"漳平(永福)台湾农民创业园建设总体规划"的规划编制内容,分析了这两个台湾农民创业园在总体规划中贯彻相关政策、突出闽台合作、优化产业结构、注重功能布局等规划编制的特点。并在这个基础上,从规范园区总体规划体系、加强园区土地利用规划、构建园区规划方案评价体系、重视市场前景分析等方面提出了进一步完善台湾农民创业园总体规划的政策建议。This paper summarizes the planning content of ＂Master Plan of Xianyou Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park＂ and ＂Master Plan of Zhangping（Yongfu） Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park＂,analyzes the features of the master plans of these two Taiwan farmers pioneer parks including implementing the relevant policies,highlighting the cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,optimizing the industrial structure and focusing on function layout.On those bases,policy recommendations such as,regulating the park planning system,strengthening land use planning,constructing the evaluation system for park planning,and paying attention to the market analysis,are proposed to further improve the master plan of Taiwan farmers pioneer park.
