台湾农作物育种动态与闽台良种合作

摘　　要：从农作物种源收集与利用,品种权保护措施,水稻、果树育种现状,农作物育种技术趋势4个方面介绍、分析台湾种业动态;并从加强农业种原及育种技术交流合作、制定以知识产权制度为导向的农业科技创新与合作机制、构建良种引进驯化推广技术服务机制3方面提出加强闽台种业合作,促进两岸共赢的对策建议。This paper introduces and analyzes the dynamic development of crop breeding in Taiwan from four aspects： collection and utilization of crop germplasm,plant variety protection measures,the development of rice and fruits breeding,and the trend of crop breeding technologies.Based on these,the paper makes three recommendations to strengthen cooperation and achieve win-win situation between Fujian and Taiwan,including promoting cross-strait exchange of crop germplasm and cooperation of breeding technologies,developing intellectual property rights（IPR） oriented agricultural technologies innovation and cooperation mechanisms,and constructing technical service mechanisms for the introduction,domestication and extension of crop varieties.
