雌激素受体在前列腺增生并上皮内瘤变组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的观察雌激素受体α及β（ERα及ERβ）在人良性前列腺增生（BPH）与BPH合并前列腺上皮内瘤变（PIN）组织中的表达及差异，探讨BPH向PIN转化过程中ERct及ERβ表达量的变化及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例人BPH组织（BPH组）与25例（BPH＋PIN组）BPH合并PIN组织ERα和ERβ的表达状况。结果两组标本中患者年龄及前列腺体积差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；ERα在2组中均有表达，其差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。ERβ在BPH组中的表达明显高于BPH＋PIN组，两者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论相对于BPH组织，ERβ在BPH＋PIN组中的表达明显减少，据此推论ERβ表达量的减少可能是BPH向PIN及前列腺癌（Pca）转化的危险信号，从而为临床上Pca的防治提供理论依据。Objective To observe the difference expressions of estrogen receptor αand β in benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） and BPH merger prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia（PIN）, and to explore the changes of ERα and ERβ expressions and clinical significance between the conversion process of BPH to PIN. Methods The expressions of ERα and ERβ in 30 cases of BPH and 25 cases of BPH merger PIN were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results There were no statistically significant differences in age and prostate volume among the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. In both groups ERα were expressed and the differences has no statistically significance（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of ERβ was significantly higher in purely BPH group than the BPH merger PIN group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The expression of ERβ is significantly decreased in BPH merger PIN compared with purely BPH, according to which we can infer that the reduction of ERβ expression is likely a dangerous signal in the conversion process of BPH to PIN or even prostate cancer（Pca）. So we provide a new idea for the prevention and trehtment of Pca.
