小区广播在气象预警信息发布中的应用和探讨

摘　　要：首先从小区广播的原理及特点入手,分析了小区广播相对一般短信业务的特点,其独特的技术优势更适用于紧急状态下信息的快速便捷有效发布,因此被许多国家和政府列为法定的预警信息发布渠道;其二,详细介绍了当前其在国内外城市公共预警系统中的应用;其三,对小区广播在嘉兴地区气象预警信息发布中的应用前景进行了简要的探讨,指出区域性强、时效性高、覆盖面广等特点使其在突发性和局地性天气预警信息发布中具有远大的前景。另外,小区广播在日常生活中也可以为政府部门拓展服务渠道,提高政府部门的办事效率,同时在市场中提供创造性的服务。In this paper,first,the principle and characteristics of Cell Broadcast are introduced,which has a lot of features compared with SMS.Its unique technical advantages more suitable for effective release of emergent information quickly and easily,so it has been used by many state and government as a statutory warning information release channel.Second,We have described the current application of Cell Broadcast in urban public early warning systems.Third,the prospect of Cell broadcast weather warning information application in Jiaxing area has been analysed.The characteristics of strong regionality,high timeliness and covering a wide range make it have great prospects in the sudden and local weather warning information release.In addition,Cell Broadcast can also make government to expand the service channels and increase the efficiency,and provide creative services in the market.
