摘  要:以污水厂厌氧污泥为对象,以脱脂奶粉为基质,在充足碱度和营养元素的条件下,通过快速提高有机负荷并添加絮凝剂作对比,分析了小试规模下的ASBR快速启动过程中出水COD、颗粒污泥粒径、SRT、VSS/TSS等变化,以及试验末期的微生物相和VFA。结果表明,在有机负荷的提高过程中两反应器均实现了快速启动,絮凝剂促进了快速启动;ASBR的非稳态操作环境有利于污泥颗粒化期的进行,高负荷、基质浓度的高低交替环境和灵活操作有利于形成以产甲烷球菌和甲烷八叠球菌为主的颗粒污泥;成熟期的污泥颗粒优化了产甲烷菌群的生长环境。To study the characters of the ASBR quick granulation and the effects of cationic polymer,the startup process of two ASBRs at bench scale were compared.Seeded anaerobic sludge from a municipal digester,fed milk powder as substrate with sufficient alkalinity and nutrilite,the two ASBRs were started at the quick-adding organic loading rate(OLR) while one was dosed Polyquaternary Amine.The result showed both the two reactors'startup were successful,and dosing polymer could enhance the startup.It was also concluded that ASBR was superior to continuous reactor during the granulation period because of the batch mode,while high OLR,alternating high and low substrate concentration and flexible manipulation were in favor of forming the granule mainly of sphere-shaped Methanogenus.The mature period of the granular sludge offered optimized environment for the Methanogenus.
