摘　　要：保安处分作为预防犯罪的一种有力措施,在司法实践中拥有强劲的生命力。保安处分的理论根基在于行为人的人身危险性,刑罚的结构缺陷为保安处分提供了现实空间,保安处分措施的广泛使用是其可行性依据。从刑事法的发展方向来看,二元论的保安处分是其最终归属。The security measures acting as a powerful measure to prevent crime holds strong vital force.The foundation of security measures lies in dangerous personality of criminal,and the configurable limitation gives its room,and the lots of secure measures provide the feasibility of judicial practice.In the perspective of direction of criminal law,dualistic security measures shall be its final ascription.
