摘　　要：介绍国外标高金的引入,确定我国工程量清单计价模式下投标报价中标高金的组成及特点。运用模糊综合评价方法确定的标高金决策范围,可通过对模糊评价向量的分析和评判结果的加权计算得到标高金的数量值。运用模糊数学理论方法计算标高金为企业进行投标报价决策提供科学依据。The article mainly gives an introduction of foreign mark-up,and then defines composition and characteristics of it in biding and pricing based on the mode of Bill of Quantities.The value of policy areas defined by mark-up based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be obtained through analysis of fuzzy evaluation vector and weight calculation of evaluation results.The mark-up calculation with fuzzy mathematics provides a scientific basis for decision-making of enterprises in biding and pricing.
