摘 要:针对多相感应电机低速下转矩脉动大、带载能力差的问题,分析了多相集中整距绕组感应电机采取非正弦供电策略时,死区效应、定子电阻压降以及漏抗压降对电机性能的影响,提出了非正弦供电下基于定子电压定向的多相感应电机低速补偿v/f控制策略。在传统的v/f控制基础上,对定子电阻和漏抗压降进行补偿以使电机磁链幅值保持恒定,同时对滑差和死区进行补偿,以改善系统的低速性能。实验结果证明,采用该方法,多相电机在低速下能获得良好的动态性能和带载起动能力。To solve the problems of low-load capacity and high torque pulsation of multiphase induction motor at low speed, the influences of the stator resistor and leakage reactance voltage drops as well as dead time effect were analyzed when the multiphase concentrated winding induction motors were fed with non-sinusoidal supply, a stator voltage oriented V/F control method was presented in this paper. The control scheme was based on the popular constant V/F method and compensated the stator resistor and leakage reactance voltage drops to keep the magnitude of the stator flux constant. The slip frequency and dead-time were also compensated to improve the system performance at low speed. The experiment results show that, by the proposed method, the multiphase motor can achieve the well dynamic response and good starting capacity with load.
