摘　　要：目的:探讨重组腺病毒携带肿瘤抑素(rAV-Tumstatin)对裸鼠膀胱移植癌的治疗效果。方法:构建裸鼠膀胱移植癌模型,随机分为治疗组和对照组,记录肿瘤重量和体积,流式细胞仪(FCM)检测肿瘤细胞周期和凋亡。结果:裸鼠膀胱移植癌模型构建成功,rAV-Tumstatin病毒载体治疗组移植性膀胱癌生长受到明显抑制,肿瘤重量和体积明显小于对照组(P<0.01),FCM检测治疗组肿瘤细胞G1-S期进程受阻,增殖率下降,凋亡率上升,与对照组相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:携带rAV-Tumstatin载体通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和诱导其凋亡,发挥对裸鼠移植性膀胱癌的治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the cure effect of recombinant adenovirus which carried with rAV-Tumstatin on bladder transplanted tumor in nude mice.Methods：Transplanted tumor model of bladder cancer on nude mice was set up,and been divided into treated group and control group randomly.Tumor mass and volum were recorded.Tumor cell cycle and apoptosis were measured by FCM.Results：Transplanted tumor model of bladder canceron nude mice was set up successfully.The growth of transplanted tumor among rAV-Tumstatin virus vector treated group were markly suppressed.The tumor mass and volume were significantly smaller than control group（P〈0.01）.It showed cell cycle arrest on G1-S phase in treated group,growth rate were reduced and apoptotic index were increased.There were statisticly significance compared with control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Vector carried with rAV-Tumstatin could suppress tomor cell proliferation and induced its apoptosis.So it had cure effect on transplanted bladder tumor.
