摘　　要：由于国家宏观经济政策强化产业安全和产业重组,国有经济在抵御金融危机中发挥着重要作用,国有资本兼并重组民营企业已成为一种普遍的经济现象,行政权力、倾向性法令法规等非市场行为介入民营资本国有化,动摇了国有企业改革的方向。这也使中西部经济发展模式出现迷茫,严重影响了中西部民营经济的发展、西部大开发和中部崛起的国家战略。The state-owned enterprises have played important roles in fighting back the Financial Crisis in 2008.And the nationalization of the private enterprises is becoming a current phenomenon.These non-marketization measures such as national power,government policies,industrial safety will destroy the market orders and the justice,which gives a negative impact on private enterprises＇development in Mid-western provinces.
