统筹兼顾方法的复杂性意蕴

摘　　要：统筹兼顾是我党长期社会主义建设实践中形成的重要思想方法和工作方法,在思维逻辑上,统筹兼顾方法与复杂性思维是相契合的。这主要体现在:统筹兼顾从整体角度思考问题,突出全局、整体观念;从关系角度思考问题,注重经济社会综合平衡、协调发展;从动态角度思考问题,注重当前与未来的长远发展;从系统层次性角度思考问题,突出发展的目的性。Planning as a whole is an important way of thinking and working method in the long form of building socialism.In logic,planning as a whole and complexity of thinking has internal consistency.This is mainly embodied in the following areas： the method of planning as a whole emphasizes the overall development of the concept from an overall perspective of thinking;the method of planning as a whole emphasizes coordinated economic and social development from the relationship perspective of thinking;the method of planning as a whole emphasizes the sustainability of development from a dynamic perspective of thinking;the method of planning as a whole emphasizes the development purpose from the system-level perspective of thinking.In logic,the method of planning as a whole and the complexity thinking is aligned.
