摘 要:新媒体灾难报道的舆论引导主体的亲和力强,但公信力不足;舆论过程引导的参与力、聚合力强,但理性思考力不足;舆论目标实现的衍播力强,但规范力不足;舆论系统控制的观察力强,但控制力不足。分析这些问题的长与短,以便在灾难报道中扬长避短,有效利用新媒体实施舆论引导。In new media disaster coverages,the subjects of public opinion guiding have strong affinitive ability but lack of credibility.The process of public opinion guiding has forceful participative ability and strong aggregative ability but lack of rational thinking ability.The objective achievement of public opinion guiding has strong broadcast ability but lack of normative force.Public opinion guiding system control has strong observative ability but lack of control ability.To distinguish these advantages and disadvantages and avoid the weaknesses in effective implementation of new media can guide the public opinion in the disaster coverages.
