摘　　要：以化工流程企业为对象，在分析化工行业技术、经济和管理特征的基础上，阐述了其ＣＩＰＳ特征。With the CEIPM(Chemical Enterprise In Process Manufacture) being the subject and on the base of the analysis of its characters of technique,economy and management,the paper discusses its CIPS characters.Then,it emphasizes the studying and discussing of several key problems which should be addressed promptly during the operation of CIPS in this kind of enterprises.
