摘  要:对新型变螺径式、ZQS9型以及伏克斯型3种转子进行OCC碎浆对比实验。结果表明,新型变螺径式转子(简称新型转子)比ZQS9型转子生产能力提高了20%,碎浆单位质量能耗降低了12.8%;并且前者对纤维的分丝帚化作用更为明显,纤维保水值增加了5.4%,成纸抗张指数、撕裂指数分别提高了4.8%和5.8%。在纸厂采用新型转子和伏克斯转子进行中试对比,结果表明,新型转子可以使碎浆能耗降低22%,成纸强度最大可提高40%左右,纤维保水值和比表面积分别提高了6.0%和6.5%,而结晶度和孔径的变化则较小。In this paper,three rotors,a new rotor with variable diameter,ZQS9 rotor and Vokes rotor,were compared in OCC pulping experiments.The laboratory results showed that production and energy consumption were improved by 20.0% and 12.8% respectively for the new rotor.Further,both fibrillation of the fibers and paper properties were developed greatly,water retention value(WRV) of the pulp,tensile index and tear index of the paper increased 5.4%,4.8% and 5.8% respectively.The pilot-scale OCC pulping results showed that compared with Vokes rotor,the new rotor could decrease energy consumption by 22.2%,paper strength increase by 40.0%,both fiber swelling capability and surface area increase about 6.0%.However,no significant changes of crystallinity and fiber pore size were observed.
