安福拉明治疗单纯性肥胖30例临床观察

摘　　要：42例单纯性肥胖患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例,服用安福拉明;对照组12例,服用七消丸,疗程为两个月。结果表明:治疗组体重平均下降7.32kg,并有不同程度的降血压、降血脂、降血糖作用。对照组体重平均下降2.54kg。两者有显著差异(P<0.01)。安福垃明疗效确切,对心、肝、肾等各脏器无损害,副作用小,是现阶段理想的减肥药物。Fourty two patiens with simple obesity were dividedinto 2 groups at random. The treatment group (n=30) and the control group (n=12) respectively took diethy propion and Qixiao pellet for 2 month. The results showed that among patients of stutied, weight of treatment group lost an average of 7.32kg, while weight of control group lost an average of 2.54kg. The differences betwen two groups were significant (p<0.01). The results showed that it had an effect on antihypertension, antihyperlipemia and antihyperglucomia in differate degrees, without any damage toorgang such as heart, liver and kidney, et al. The results indicated that diethy propion is an ideal drug for treatment of simple obesity.
