摘  要:利用叶立德活性聚合与原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)相结合的方法制备得到基于聚亚甲基的两、三嵌段聚合物.首先由叶立德活性聚合及氧化反应得到末端羟基的聚亚甲基(PM-OH),再与2-溴异丁酰溴反应得到含溴末端的大分子引发剂(PM-Br),之后引发丙烯酸叔丁酯的ATRP聚合得到聚亚甲基-b-聚丙烯酸叔丁酯(PM-b-P-t-BA);最后再引发苯乙烯的ATRP聚合得到聚亚甲基-b-聚丙烯酸叔丁酯-b-聚苯乙烯(PM-b-P-t-BA-b-PS).利用呼吸图法将所得到上述嵌段共聚物分别以三氯甲烷(CHCl3)和二硫化碳(CS2)作为溶剂制备多孔薄膜,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察所制备薄膜的形貌,研究了聚苯乙烯(PS)链段长度和制膜温度对多孔薄膜形貌的影响.Di- and tri-block copolymers based on polymethylene were synthesized via the combination of living polymerization of ylides and atomic transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). Firstly, hydroxyl termi- nated polymethylene (PM-OH) was synthesized via living polymerization of ylides followed by oxidation. The macroinitiator (PM-Br) was obtained by the reaction of PM-OH and 2-bromo-2-methylproplonyl bro- mide, then initiated the ATRP of tert-butyl acrylate to obtain PM-b-P-t-BA diblock copolymers. Subse- quently, PM-b-P-t-BA-b-PS triblock copolymers were prepared using ATRP of styrene. Porous films of such di-block and tri-block copolymers were fabricated via breath-figure method with chloroform and carbon di- sulfide as solvent, respectively. The morphology of such porous film was observed by scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM). The effects of PS segment and temperature on the morphology of porous film were investigated.
