摘　　要：目的:了解我院吸入气雾剂的应用现状及趋势。方法:采用统计分析与调查评定相结合的方法,对我院2007年1月-2010年6月吸入气雾剂的应用情况进行分析。结果:我院应用的吸入气雾剂品种及数量基本稳定,但与全院药品销售金额增幅相比则同比下降。糖皮质激素及其与长效β2受体激动药混合型品种用量上升,占门诊处方用药的82%;其他类型品种用量减少,仅占门诊处方用药的18%。85例吸入气雾剂患者吸入操作准确率调查结果显示,合格率仅占49.41%。结论:不断提升的医疗需求主导着吸入气雾剂的消费趋向,门诊处方用药呈现向控制变应性炎症的治疗目标倾斜;吸入操作仍是影响吸入气雾剂临床应用的主要因素。OBJECTIVE： To understand the situation and trend of the application of inhalation aerosol （IA） in our hospital. METHODS： By statistical analysis and investigation and evaluation method, the utilization of IA in our hospital from Jan. 2007 to Jun. 2010 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The number of varieties and application amount of IA were basically steady, but the increasing rate of consumption sum of drugs decreased. The amount of glucocorticoides and their compound containing β2 receptor excitomotory increased, accounting for 82% of amount of clinic prescription; while other varieties decreased, accounting for 18%. The study of correct inhalation operation among 85 patients showed that correct inhalation operation accounted for 49.41%. CONCLUSION： The improving medical demand leads the consumption of IA. The purpose of prescription drug use trends towards controlling allergic inflammations. The inhalation operation is still a main factor which influences the application of IA in the clinic.
