摘　　要：介绍硫磺制酸装置火管废热锅炉管板的热防护方法。采用锆刚玉套管插入高温侧管口，套管与换热管之间留有间隙，填入硅酸铝隔热材料；管板表面涂一层厚约８０ ｍ ｍ 的锆质耐火可塑料作隔热层。运行实践表明，这是一种行之有效的热防护方法。A thermal protection method for tube sheet of fire tube waste heat boiler in sulphur burning sulphuric acid plant is described A duct made of zirconic corundaum is inserted into the inlet section of each tube on the high temperature side with a ring gap between the duct and tube in which aluminium silicate refractory is filled The tube sheet on the high temperature side is covered with a player of zirconic refractory plastics about 80 mm thick Operation practice showed that the thermal protection was effective
