摘　　要：介绍新型农村合作业务中参合农民诊后实时报销的几种业务模式,深入分析医院的几种实时报销方式,详细阐述北京市新农合系统医院实时报销接口服务及其功能,采用WebService技术实现该服务的各项功能。The paper introduces several real time settlement modes for farmers after treatment in the new rural cooperative business, deeply analyzes the several real time settlement methods of hospitals, concretely expounds real - time settlement interface service as well as its functions in Beijing New Rural Cooperative System. It utilizes WebService technology to realize various functions of the service.
