摘　　要：为了调查临床医生信息负担现状,对武汉市某三甲医院的临床医生采用自编问卷进行抽样调查,就信息需求、信息能力、处理信息障碍的现行方法和期待解决方法等方面进行分析,结果显示信息对临床医生已从时间和能力两个方面造成负担,这一结果应引起信息研究者的重点关注。In order to investigate the status of information burden of clinicians, the paper carries out questionnaire survey on the cli- nicians in one of the first -class hospitals in Wuhan, analyzes the current methods and expecting methods of information demand, information capability, the obstacles to process information. The results show that the information tasks have caused the burden for clinicians from the aspects of time and capability, the results should induce more attention of information researchers.
