摘　　要：在简述副主题词及主题词/副主题组配标引(简称副主题词组配标引)基本内涵基础上,详细分析美国国立医学图书馆医学文本标引工具MTI的副主题词自动组配实现方法:"七巧板"法、基于规则方法和基于统计的方法,试提出中文生物医学文献副主题词自动组配标引研究方向。Based on the brief description of the basic connotation of subheading and coordinate indexing of subjects/subheading （subheading attachment indexing for short）, the paper concretely analyzed the realization methods of automatic subheading attachments for Medical Text Indexer （ MTI）, which is the medical text indexing tool developed by United States National Library, including ＂ Jig- saw puzzle＂ methods, rule -based methods, and statistical method, then it tries to put forward research directions of Chinese biomedical literature automatic indexing of subheading attachment.
