摘　　要：基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制剂(TIMPs)是调控细胞外基质(ECM)降解的重要酶系,参与调节生理和病理状态下ECM的合成和代谢平衡。在不同组织类型的肾脏疾病与同一疾病的不同病理发展阶段MMPs/TIMPs可发挥不同的致病机制,从而导致疾病的发展。对于MMPs/TIMPs的研究将阐明肾脏病的慢性进展机制,为防治各种肾脏疾病提供理论依据。The matrix metalloproteinases（MMPs） and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases（TIMPs） are important enzymes regulating extracellular matrix（ECM） degradaes.Participate in regulating ECM synthesis and metabolism balance in physiological and pathological condition.In different tissue types of kidney disease and different pathological development stage of the same disease,MMPs/TIMPs can produce different pathogenic mechanism,leading the progress of the disease.For MMPs/TIMPs research will clarify the progression mechanism of chronic kidney disease,to control all sorts of kidney disease provide theoretical basis.
