我院门/急诊麻醉药品和第一类精神药品管理流程的规范化探讨

摘　　要：目的:为规范医院门/急诊麻醉药品和第一类精神药品(以下统称N&P药品)的管理提供参考。方法:对我院门/急诊N&P药品的管理措施及管理流程进行总结和分析。结果:所建立的N&P药品管理体系,制定的人员、处方、药品各方面的相应管理措施,以及所形成的规范的管理流程,从药品请领、日间管理、夜间管理、门/急诊科室领药管理、空安瓿回收管理等方面明确了药品来源,控制了药品流向。结论:我院门/急诊N&P药品的管理流程行之有效,保证了N&P药品安全、合理使用。OBJECTIVE：To provide a reference for the standard management of narcotic drugs and type Ⅰ psychotropic substances（hereinafter NP drugs as general designation） in outpatient/emergency department of our hospital. METHODS：The management measures and management process of NP drugs in outpatient/emergency department of our hospital were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS：NP drug management system and relevant management measures were established in respect of staff,prescription and drugs. Standard management process was also formulated. Above measures specified medicine source and controlled the flow of drugs in terms of requesting drugs,drug daytime management,drug night management,requesting drug management of outpatient/emergency department and empty ampoule recycle management. CONCLUSION：The management process of NP drugs in outpatient/emergency department of our hospital is effective to ensure safe and rational use of NP drugs.
