摘  要:目的:降低门诊西药房处方调剂内差件数。方法:将品管圈活动应用于减少门诊西药房处方调剂内差中,分析处方调剂内差的主要表现及引起差错的主要原因,制定相应的对策并实施,同时评估该活动的效果。结果:开展品管圈活动后,处方调剂内差件数明显降低,由活动前的145.6件/周降为61件/周,下降比例达58%以上;药师在品管手法认识、团队凝聚力、学习积极性、荣誉感等方面有明显提高。结论:推行品管圈活动降低了门诊西药房处方调剂内差件数,促使临床用药更加安全、有效,提高了门诊药学服务品质。OBJECTIVE:To reduce the number of internal errors in prescription dispensing in outpatient western medicine pharmacy. METHODS:The quality control circle(QCC) activity was applied the in the quality management of prescription dispensing to reduce the number of internal errors in prescription dispensing. The causes and performance of the errors were analyzed. Appropriate countermeasures were set and enforced,and the outcome of the activity was evaluated. RESULTS:The QCC activity reduced the number of internal errors in prescription dispensing by up to 58%(145.6 pieces/week vs. 61 pieces/week) . Clinical pharmacists were improved in respect of QCC recognition,team cohesiveness,learning initiative,sense of honor,etc. CONCLUSION:The practice of QCC activity may help reduce the number of internal errors in prescription dispensing,ensure safety and effectiveness of clinical drug use and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.
