RP-HPLC法同时测定复方间苯二酚洗剂中间苯二酚和苯酚的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定复方间苯二酚洗剂中间苯二酚和苯酚含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Hedera ODS-2;流动相:甲醇-水(65∶35);检测波长:270nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1;进样量:20μL;柱温:25℃。结果:间苯二酚、苯酚检测浓度线性范围均为10～200μg·mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率分别为99.75%(RSD=0.36%)、100.62%(RSD=0.94%)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of resorcinol and phenol in Compound resorcinol lotion simultaneously.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.The determination was conducted on Hedera ODS-2 column with column temperature at 25 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（65 ∶ 35） with flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the sample size was 20 μL.RESULTS：The linear ranges of resorcinol and phenol were at 10～200 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 9） .The average recoveries were 99.75%（RSD=0.36%） and 100.62%（RSD=0.94%） respectively.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Compound resorcinol lotion.
