简易呼气峰流速仪在基层医院临床推广运用的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨简易呼气峰流速仪在基础医院应用对儿童哮喘的临床应用的价值。方法选择儿科就诊的26例哮喘患儿为研究对象,连续7周监测呼气峰流速值,计算PEF变异率。同期选择的非哮喘组24例患儿作对照。比较说明PEF对临床治疗的指导价值。结果治疗组26例与对照组24例均完成7周呼气峰流速值的监测,哮喘组PEF值显著降低,变异率显著增高,>20%。吸入受体激动剂后15～20min,PEF增高51%左右。患儿吸入药物治疗7周中,PEF值逐渐增高。而变异率降低。结论简易呼气峰流速仪可以较为准确的检测肺功能,正确的使用峰流速仪可以对哮喘患儿进行准确的诊断,并且简易呼气峰流速仪操作简单,费用较低,具有很好的基层医院进行推广价值。Objective Discusses clinical practice value of the simple expiration peak current-meter in the foundation hospital application to the child asthma.Method The choose 26 example asthma baby make study,7 week monitor expiration peak speed of flow value,calculates the PEF variation rate continuously.Same time chooses the non-asthma group 24 example babies make the comparison.Compared with explains PEF to the clinical care instruction value.Results The treatment group 26 examples and the control group 24 examples complete 7 week expiration peak speed of flow value the monitor,In asthma group,PEF value obviously reduce,the variation rate remarkable markup,is bigger than 20%.After inhaling the acceptor for 15-20 minutes,PEF advances about 51%.The baby inhales 7 weeks,the PEF value advances gradually.But the variation rate reduces.Conclusion The simple expiration peak current-meter may the more accurate examination lung function,the correct use peak current-meter is possible to carry on the accurate diagnosis to asthma baby,and the simple expiration peak current-meter is simplicity of operator,the expense is low,has the very good basic unit hospital to carry on the promoted value.
