摘　　要：研究迫击炮弹无线电引信的安全和解除保险机构,分析其设计特点:发射时可靠解除保险与勤务处理的矛盾、实现第二环境保险和提供延期解除保险的设计较难,要设计具有故障保险的特性。通过引信总体对该机构提出的主要战技要求进行分析,研究了安全和解除保险机构,对电保险机构进行仿真研究。This paper makes research of the fuze safety and arming mechanism of Mortar radio, analyse its design features： a reliable launch, insurance and service deal to lift the conflict, to achieve environmental insurance and the provision of the second Delay Arming the design more difficult, to design a fail-safe features. Through the whole battle of the bodies of the main technical of the fuse＇ s requirements analysis, research the safety and arming mechanism, and do electrical simulation of the insurance agencies.
