摘　　要：目的优选芪归糖痛宁颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法以黄芪甲苷含量、总多糖含量以及干膏得率为指标,采用正交试验法,以多指标综合评分法优选水提取工艺。结果芪归糖痛宁颗粒的最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺合理可行,能较好地保证制剂质量。Aim To investigate the technology of optimal extraction for qiguitangtongning granules.Methods An orthogonal test was employed for conducting the multiple guidelines evaluation and selecting the optimum water extraction technology with the contents of AstragalosideⅣ and total polyscaccharide and the yield of extraction as the detective index.Results The optimal extraction technology of qiguitangtongning granules was to be added by 12 times volume of water soaking for 0.5 h,then boiling 3 times with 1.0 h for each time.Conclusion This extraction process is reasonable and practical,and can well guarantee its quality.
