摘　　要：目的建立袪浊胶囊中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Venusil XBP-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.2%的磷酸水溶液(52∶48),流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:370 nm。柱温:30℃。结果测得槲皮素的线性范围为0.051 5～0.621 1μg,平均回收率为98.3%。结论此方法准确、重现性好,可用于本药品的质量控制。Aim To establish a determination method for quercetin in quzhuo capsules.Methods A Venusil XBP-C18column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used with the mixture of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid（52∶ 48）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 370 nm.The column temperature was at 30℃.Results The linearity range of quercetin is between 0.051 5 and0.621 1 μg,and the average recovery was 98.3%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and is of good value to control the quality of Quzhuo capsules.
