高效液相色谱法测定小儿复方四维亚铁散中维生素B_1、B_6和烟酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定小儿复方四维亚铁散中维生素B1、B6和烟酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;流动相:乙腈-庚烷磺酸钠溶液(庚烷磺酸钠0.32 g,三乙胺2 ml,冰醋酸10 ml)(9∶91,加水至1 000 ml);柱温:35℃;检测波长:280 nm。结果维生素B1在0.009 496～0.142 44μg、盐酸吡多辛在0.009 88～0.148 2μg、烟酸在0.125 36～1.880 4μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0,n=6),维生素B1、B6、烟酸加样回收率分别为97.2%、96.3%、99.2%(n=9)。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确,可作为本品质量控制方法。Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of vitamin B1,vitamin B6 and acidum nicotinicum in Pediatric Compound four vitamin sand ferrous fumarate powder.Method The Kromasil ODS C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used,the acetonitrile-sodium 1-Heptanesulfonate solution（9∶ 91）（containing sodium 1-Heptanesulfonate 0.32 g,triethylamine solution 2 ml,acetic acid 10 ml）as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1,column temperature at 35℃,the detection wavelength at 280 nm.Result The linear range of vitamin B1 was from 0.009 496 to 0.142 44 μg,pyridoxing hydrochloride in the range of 0.009 88 ~0.148 2 μg,and range of acidum nicotinicum was between 0.125 36 and 1.880 4 μg（r=1.000 0,n=6）.Of vitamin B1,vitamin B6 and acidum nicotinicum the average recoveries were 97.2%,96.3%,and 99.2%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used as the product quality control.
