摘　　要：目的了解社区卫生服务机构药房建设情况,提高相关部门对社区卫生服务机构药房建设工作的重视,加快社区卫生服务机构"规范药房"建设进程。方法对一个社区卫生服务站、三家协作社区卫生服务中心的药房建设情况进行调查。结果社区卫生服务机构药房人员与管理除社区卫生服务站其余三家社区卫生服务中心基本符合要求;设施与设备中不具备阴凉库(区)和特殊药品管理专柜;采购与验收符合规定;储存与养护条件中无色标管理,药品未做到分类存放;调配与使用:除社区卫生服务站其余三家社区卫生服务中心处方审核和调配为药学专业技术人员,近3年社区卫生服务站ADR上报2例,三家社区卫生服务中心均无上报。结论四家社区卫生服务机构药房离社区卫生服务机构"规范药房"标准仍有较大差距。Aim To understand of pharmacy construction the community health service agencies,so as to improve the awareness of related departments to improve pharmacy construction work,and accelerate＂norm pharmacy＂process.Methods A community health station,three cooperation community health service centers investigated.Results Except community health station the remaining three community health service centers were basic requirements in pharmacy personnel and managing.As for facilities and equipment there was no cool storage（area） and special drug management counters.Purchasing and acceptance up to was in conformity with the provisions.As for storage and maintenance condition,there was no colorcode standard management.Drugs were not stored in categories.Except for community health station audit and deployment of prescription the remaining three community health service centers were pharmaceutical professional and technical personnel.In recent three years there were 2 cases of ADR reported by community health service station,no case in community health service centers.Conclusion Construction of ＂norm pharmacy＂in the four CHS institutions in still to be improved.
