摘  要:柔性海洋管道需要针对使用要求进行结构加强设计。对于浅水海域,柔性管道拉伸和外压较小,如果通过合理简化结构的加强设计,可降低大量应用于海底管道的造价。根据渤海浅水海底管道铺设荷载,设计经济型非粘结构柔性管的结构形式,建立拉伸刚度分析模型,提出抗拉加强设计方法,并对加强设计制造的柔性管道进行了实验测试,结果表明能够满足渤海海底管道使用要求,为我国浅水边际油田开发提供新的管道选择。Subsea flexible pipeline should be designed against their application conditions.For deep water,the pipeline resists rather large tension force and external pressure.So it need to be reinforced by complex construction.Because of high price it is usually used for riser only.But for shallow water,due to the lower tension force and external pressure the pipe can be designed reasonably by simplified construction.Therefore the price of pipeline will be decreased and it can be widely used for flowline.This paper presents a design of economical structure of flexible pipe according to installation load for Bohai Sea.Tension stiffness analysis model is provided and a tension reinforced design method is introduced.Tests have been carried out to verify the design of reinforced pipe.The results indicate that it can satisfy the application requirements of Bohai Sea flowline.It provides a new choice of the subsea pipeline application for marginal oil development in shallow water.
