摘 要:分析不同转炉渣的化学组成,结合国内某钢铁厂风碎渣的成份,选择以CaO-MgO-SiO2-Fe2O3四元渣系作为基础渣,质量分数分别为48%,10%,12%和30%,将它作为实验室的合成渣系。使用SEM及EDS对各渣样矿物相进行分析,结果表明:该渣系矿物相的结构、组成与原渣的非常相近,即固溶了少量Fe元素的黑色f-MgO相、深灰色2CaO?SiO2相及基质铁酸盐相,在性能上与原渣大抵相同,可作为钢渣改性实验的研究基础渣系。研究不同材质的坩埚对基础渣系矿物相形成的影响,结果表明使用MgO坩埚获得的数据明显优于刚玉坩埚。Quaternary slag system of CaO-MgO-SiO2-Fe2O3 has been synthetized as object of the experiment of modification,the chemical content of the synthetic slag was CaO-48%,MgO-10%,SiO2-12%Fe2O3-30%,respectively.The mineral phase of the slag samples were analyzed by SEM and EDS,the results showed that the microstruction and mineral composition of phase of synthetized slag was very similar with the wind-crushing slag,where f-MgO with a small amount of Fe element dissolution presented black;[2CaO?SiO2] phase presented dark gray,and the matrix phase of slag was calcium ferrite and RO phase.It was indicated that the charcteristic of experiment slag was almost the same as the wind-crushing slag,so the experiment of modifation could be followed.Also the influences of differents of crucible in high temperature to the mineral phase of synthetic slag was studied,the results demonstrated that MgO crucible was more positive than corundum crucible.
