印制电路板蚀刻废液利用企业环保准入条件研究

摘　　要：介绍了当前印制电路板蚀刻废液资源化利用的主要方法及处理过程存在的环境问题。以江苏省为例,对含铜废蚀刻液处置利用企业的管理进行了初步探讨,并提出了该行业的环保准入条件,为政府及相关部门制定政策提供了依据。Technologies for recovering valuable metals and regenerating etching solution from the spent etching solutions of printed circuit board（PCB） were presented.According to the treatment status of spent etching solutions of PCB,access conditions were also created for industry of this type in Jiangsu,which can provide a reference for the planning of the legislation and policy strategies associated with spent etching solutions recovery industries in China.
