摘　　要：农村面源污染主要是指农业生产活动过程中,农村的生活、生产垃圾、污水、化肥农药等污染物,伴随着径流、泥砂的搬运而造成的面源污染导致水资源和土地资源的破坏,针对农村面源污染的严峻形势,加大面源污染防治宣传力度,提高农民的环保意识,加大对广大农民的科普教育和政策引导,提高农民参与面源污染防治工作的主动性、积极性和自觉性。以科学发展观为指导,树立可持续发展的观念,高度重视并切实解决农村面源污染问题。The rural non-point source pollution is mainly refers to the process of agricultural production and rural life,production waste,sewage,fertilizers,pesticides and other pollutants,along with the runoff,sediment removal and point source pollution caused by water and land resources led to damage,for rural non-point source pollution in the grim situation,and increase non-point source pollution control publicity to raise the environmental awareness of farmers,the majority of farmers to increase science education and policy guidance to improve the peasants to participate in non-point source pollution prevention initiative,enthusiasm and consciousness.The guidance of scientific concept of development,foster the concept of sustainable development,attaches great importance to and properly resolve the rural non-point source pollution.
