摘  要:阐述了活塞环磷化膜的特点,为改善高温磷化加铬酸钝化工艺所存在的膜层耐磨减摩性能差的缺点,研制出一种维护简单、寿命长的中温锌锰系活塞环磷化液和磷化工艺,通过对比试验,分析了所得磷化膜的成分及表面形貌,膜层均匀、致密,耐蚀、耐磨、减摩性能好。该工艺已应用于实际生产。Characteristics of the phosphating film on piston rings of internal-combustion engines were described. In view of the poor wear resistance and antifriction of traditional high temperature phosphating plus chromating process, an easy control and long service life zinc-manganese series phosphating process at medium temperature was developed. The composition and morphology of the obtained phosphating coatings were studied by contrast tests. The results indicate that the film with uniform and compact crystal has good corrosion resistance, wear resistance and antifriction. This process has been adopted in practice.
