摘　　要：目的:探讨高血脂患者HELP血脂分离术的临床治疗。方法:采用HELP血脂分离术治疗35例高血脂的患者,对比治疗前后血脂的变化,并对效果进行评价。结果:治疗后患者的总胆固醇浓度和甘油三酯的浓度、低密度胆固醇浓度较治疗前有明显降低,与治疗前比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HELP血脂分离术是治疗高血脂的有效手段,可降低高危患者的心血管事件发生率,具有安全性高,不良反应少等优点。Objective： To explore the effect of HELP plasma lipid separation on hyperlipemia.Methods： A total of 35 patients with hyperlipemia were treated by HELP plasma lipid separation.The level of plasma lipid was measured and compared.Results： The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density cholesterol were significantly decreased after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusions： HELP plasma lipid separation is effective on treating hyperlipemia.It can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases,and of high security and little side effect.
