心理护理对重度颅脑外伤康复期患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨如何对重度颅脑外伤后处于康复期患者的心理问题进行疏导护理。方法:在200例重度颅脑外伤康复期患者中对100例患者实施专职心理护理,另100例不采取特殊心理护理,出院前对两组患者进行心理分析比较。结果:两组患者一般治疗及后遗症情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者不良心理状况发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过系统化的心理护理有利于改善对于颅脑外伤患者的心理状态及行为,对促进康复起重要作用。Objective： To explore an effective psychological therapy for rehabilitation of patients with severe brain injury.Methods： Psychological therapy was applied to 100 patients with severe brain injury during rehabilitation and their psychological status on discharge was compared with 100 counterparts that didn′t get psychological therapy.Results： Though no significant difference in general treatment outcomes and sequela was found（P0.05）,but negative psychological status was significant more prevalent among those didn′t get psychological treatment（P0.01）.Conclusions： Systematic psychological care can help patients with brain injury to improve their psychological status and behavior,thus is helpful for patients＇ rehabilitation.
