摘　　要：研究了以聚氯乙烯（ Ｐ Ｖ Ｃ） 为主体， 氯丁胶（ Ｃ Ｒ） 为改性剂的一次性发泡工艺。分析各组份对软 Ｐ Ｖ Ｃ 泡沫性能的影响；超细度碳酸钙填充改性可以提高制品的回弹性及拉伸强度，且填充量较大时，对制品的硬度、密度及其它性能影响较小，有利于降低成本；共混体中，还必须加入一定量的增容剂，以增加 Ｃ Ｒ 与 Ｐ Ｖ Ｃ 的相容性，促进发泡。One stage foaming process,in which PVC was used as main composition and chloroprene rubber (CR) as a modifier,was developed.The effects of each composition on the foam properties were analyzed.For instance,the superfine CaCO 3 could raise the resilience and tensile strength.When more filler was used,few effects on hardness,density and other properties were discovered,which was in favour of decreasing cost.In order to make CR more compatible with PVC,and facilitate foaming,a certain amount of compatibilizer had to be added.
