摘 要:油井结蜡是含蜡原油开采中的不利因素。对含蜡原油在井筒流动过程中蜡沉积影响因素进行了分析,研究了石蜡的沉积机理。利用Fick扩散定律和剪切扩散理论,推导并建立了蜡分子扩散和蜡晶径向迁移过程中油井结蜡剖面的预测模型,该模型可用于计算油井井筒中各点的石蜡沉积速度以及沉积厚度的增长速度。对影响油井结蜡剖面的各因素进行了敏感性分析。研究结果表明,油井沿井筒的蜡沉积厚度分布随原油的性质、含水量、原油在井筒中的温度和压力条件、油井的产量以及生产时间的变化而变化。在实际生产中,对上述影响因素进行控制和调节,可以改善油井的结蜡状况。Paraffin deposition has some trouble for the production of waxy oil. The influencing factors on paraffin deposition in oil flowing process and the mechanism of paraffin deposition are studied. By using the Fick's law and the theory of shear and diffusion deposition, a model for predicting paraffin deposition profile in the processes of diffusion deposition and shear deposition is proposed. The model can be used to calculate the rate of paraffin deposition and the growth rate of deposition thickness. The paraffin deposition profile varies with oil properties, water\|cut, temperature and pressure, as well as oil production and producing time of a well. In the practical production, the conditions of paraffin deposition can be improved by controlling and regulating these factors. The prediction model can provide theoretical basis and applicable data for further mastering the paraffin deposition process and taking measures to control and remove paraffin deposition in producing wells.\=
