摘 要:利用差热分析和X射线衍射分析方法对铝交联蒙脱土的性能进行了测试。研究表明,铝交联蒙脱土的最佳制备条件是:OH-与Al3+的摩尔比为2.0,NH+4与Al3+的摩尔比为1.0,Al3+与蒙脱土的质量比为0.081,交联搅拌时间为6h。原料蒙脱土层结构的热稳定性是影响铝交联蒙脱土热稳定性的主要因素之一,NH+4的加入能提高铝交联蒙脱土的热稳定性。The effects of hydroxy/aluminum, ammonium/aluminum and aluminum/clay ratios on properties of cross\|linked montmorillonite (CLM) were investigated by using XRD and DTA techniques. The study results indicate that the thermal stability of CLM mainly depends on the thermal stability of layer structure in the original clay. The optimum preparing conditions of CLM are as follows: mole ratio of OH\+- to Al\+\{3+\} is 2.0, that of NH\++\-4 to Al\+\{3+\} is 1.0, the mass ratio of Al\+\{3+\} to clay is 0.081, and agitating time is 6 hours. The addition of NH\++\-4 to the cross\|linking solution reduced the amount of cross\|linking agent loaded on the clay. The competition between NH\++\-4 and Al\|hydroxy cations for ion\|exchange sites may enhance the homogeneity of the resulting cross\|linked material.\=
