摘  要:以东辛含硫原油管道为例,对孤岛原油和清河原油相混后的流变性进行了研究,提出了一种计算东辛管道输送混合原油粘度的新模型。将管道运行参数优选和节能技术方案的研究相结合,建立了节能优化改造的数学模型,开发了东辛管道运行优化软件。该软件可以指导旁接流程热油管道机泵的改造和改造后管道的优化运营与输油计划。对全线改造前后的节能效果进行了比较,结果表明,改造后的经济效益十分显著。Taking Dongxin sulphur-bearing oil pipeline as an example,the study on the rheology of mixture of oil samples produced from Gudao and Qinghe oilfield has been finished. A novel formula for calculating the viscosity of the combined oil is presented. A mathematical model for the energy-saving has been establisled on the basis of the combination of the optimazition of pipeline operation parameters and the research of energy-saving programmes. The optimal operation software for Dongxin sulphur-bearing oil pipeline is developed. The software can be used to guide the technical reform of pump station of by-pass hot oil pipeline,optimal operation after reform as well as transporting oil plan. The software has been used to calculate the reform program and optimal operation program. The results are satisfactory.
